Residential area, quiet and sunny. Building facing south, surrounded by a pine garden. Consisting of ground floor and two floors. There are only 9 neighbors. Beaches at 200 m 50 m coves. , Very near the harbor, shops and good restaurants.
Apartment on the 1st. floor, with partial views of the sea and mountains. Living space 70 m2 Terrace 12 m2. Capacity for 5 people. It is large, comfortable, and totally team. It has 4 rooms, of which: dining room, lounge with fireplace, sofa, color TV (TNT, all French channels) and Satellite Astra
A double bedroom, a twin bedroom with matching wardrobes, there is also a leaflet reads. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. The bathroom is quite complete. There is a small area for washing machine and a small bathroom.
All rooms are spacious and bright with views outside. Heating and air conditioning in all rooms. There is a garden that is communal
